  • OUR Conference Presentation Awards Now Available

    Students in all majors and at all stages of their academic careers can now apply for up to $500 in presentation support via OUR Conference Presentation Awards. Students may use these awards to cover expenses associated with presenting their research or creative projects at conferences or professional meetings. Awards may pay for conference registration, including registration for virtual conferences, and for travel expenses (meals, travel, parking, and lodging) where permitted by University policy. Given that all university-sponsored domestic and international travel outside the State of Connecticut is currently suspended, the only travel costs currently allowable are for in-state conference travel.  

    Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until the award deadline or until funds are exhausted. The online application for Conference Presentation Awards will close on April 12, 2021.
