  • HESA, EDCI Students Named Scholarship Recipients

The Neag School Alumni Board selection committee has named two graduate students the recipients of its 2018 Neag School of Education Alumni Board Scholarship: Denée Jackson, a master’s degree student in the Neag School’s Higher Education and Student Affairs program, and Elena Sada, a Ph.D. candidate in curriculum and instruction at the Neag School.

The Alumni Board created this scholarship to support Neag School graduate students with strong academic achievement and who are in need of financial assistance. Each scholarship recipient will receive a scholarship in the amount of $1,000 for the 2018-19 academic year.

Jackson and Sada, who were chosen from among nearly 40 applicants, will be formally recognized at the 2018 Neag School Alumni Awards Celebration, taking place on the Storrs campus next month.
