Honors Events: Storrs (may fulfill a UHL requirement)

  • 4/11 - 4/15 Rest is Revolution Wellness Sessions

During ‘Rest is Revolution’ (April 11th-15th) these hour-long wellness sessions will engage students on rest as a form of social change. Wear something comfy and enjoy our free yoga mats and tea; we will talk about the history of the rest movement, how personal rest improves our communities, and enjoy a guided meditation from ‘RIR’ Director Shelby Houghton. If you’re interested in learning more about Rest is Revolution, you can find us on Instagram or on campus starting on April 11th!
