Looking to get involved and unleash your leadership potential? Register for the Leadership Certificate Series! The Leadership Certificate Series encourages you to unpack and explore different areas of leadership. Spring 2022 Workshops will be offered in-person with an option of one virtual workshop. Workshops run for nine weeks from January 31st to April 6th, 2022 (not including Spring break).
Three workshops to choose from:
Discovery Leadership Program offers a fun and innovative experience to help you develop leadership competencies and begin your leadership journey. (Offered in person on Wednesdays from 6:30pm-8pm in McHugh Hall).
Impact Delta is designed for all students who have demonstrated an interest in leadership, social change, and social justice that also have a desire to make a large and positive impact on the Storrs community. (Offered virtual on Wednesdays from 6:30pm-8:00pm via Zoom).
Emotionally Intelligent Leadership allows individuals to identify and understand their own emotions and those of others, then appropriately manage and channel those emotions into interaction within a particular leadership context. (Offered in-person on Tuesdays from 5:30pm-7:00pm in McHugh Hall).
There is an information session December 8th from 4:30pm-5:00pm in the Student Activities Conference Room 308D (Enter through the third floor study lounge in the Student Union).
