Boutique national scope real estate consulting firm seeks dedicated individual interested in learning the “nuts and bolts” of commercial real estate valuation and brokerage. Ideal starting position for a commercial real estate career in development, lending, finance, consulting, or ownership.
Job Description - Assist principals in the development of commercial real estate consulting engagements for financial reporting, lending and litigation purposes on all types of commercial real estate in the tri-state area, and nationally. Provide assistance with management of office building, leasing, marketing, social media, administration, research, economic trends, and tenant needs.
Requirements - Strong analytical, computer (EXCEL and WORD) and writing skills required. ARGUS experience welcome. A real interest in the complex world of commercial real estate.
Commitment – Preferred timing for this internship program 24 months, including summers with increased hours.
