Important Dates/Deadlines

  • MONDAY: LAST DAY TO DROP OR PASS/FAIL A COURSE

    Monday, November 15th

    is the deadline

    • to drop a Fall 2021 course
    • to put a Fall 2021 course on pass/fail
    • to take a Fall 2021 course OFF pass/fail back to a letter grade

     

    To do any of the above actions,

    fill out the Fall 2021 Student Schedule Revision Form:

    www.registrar.uconn.edu/forms 

     

    PASS/FAIL:

    you are allowed to put a total of 3 courses in your degree on pass/fail, not counting any from Spring 2020 semester

    pass/fail courses can only be used for electives. They cannot be used for major, minor, gen eds or related courses.

    If you pass a course on pass/fail, you will gain the credits but it will not impact your GPA.

    If you fail a pass/fail course, you will not gain the credits but the F will not affect your GPA.

     

    WITHDRAW:

    If you drop a course this fall, be sure to consider how it impacts your winter or spring courses. If it is a pre-req to any courses in winter or spring, you will need to adjust your schedule.
