  • Student Leadership Certificate Series

    Description: Encourage your students to get involved and unleash their leadership potential with the Leadership Certificate Series, a program run by the Department of Student Activities – Leadership and Organizational Development. The Leadership Certificate Series encourages students to identify and explore areas of leadership. Fall 2024 workshops run for nine weeks will be offered in-person from September 23 to November 18Students can register for one of our three certificate series through the registration form found at this link. 

    Three workshops offered:  

    Discovery Leadership Program offers a fun and innovative experience designed to help students develop leadership competencies and begin their journey as leaders. 

    Emotionally Intelligent Leadership challenges students to identify their personal strengths, identify and understand personal emotions and the emotions of others, and channel emotion into their leadership style.  

    Impact Delta develops student's leadership and cultural competencies through self-identity and social identity activities, experiential learning, capstone presentations, self-reflection, cross-cultural dialogue, and community commitment.
