The $5,000 award and educational conference connects promising arts and sciences students with opportunities in local, state, and federal government. They seek applications from well-rounded arts, humanities, mathematics, natural sciences, and social sciences students attending an institution that hosts a Phi Beta Kappa chapter who possess an overall GPA of 3.5+.
