  • NRO Paid Summer '24 Student Internship Program

    The National Reconnaissance Office Student Internship Program provides students with paid opportunities to work at the NRO and explore career paths related to their academic field of study or career interests. The NRO provides intelligence to the US federal government by designing, building, launching, operating, and analyzing reconnaissance satellite information. Each intern will be given a project to complete that aligns with their experience and education. Candidates must be a US citizen (interns may NOT hold dual citizenship), able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance, have 3.2+ GPA, be currently enrolled, and pass drug testing and polygraph examinations. Interns must be located near Chantilly, VA or Fort Belvoir, VA for the duration of the 10-week summer 2024 program from June – August.
