  • Social Impact and Government - Virtual Career Fair

This is a great event to promote to the students of  the Communications department! Attending this virtual fair will provide students with multiple opportunities to network and build connections with employers and organizations that are relevant to common career paths within their majors or areas of focus.

    Who will be there?

City Year, Peace Corps, Teach For America, and many more amazing organizations have already signed up to attend, and are excited to speak with the students of UConn!

See the growing list of registered employers here.

How will I connect with employers and organizations at a 'virtual' fair?

Because this event is being held virtually, it will be accommodated in order to provide students with proper opportunities to make personal connections and network with employers one on one or in small groups. Your students can register for 10 minute one-on-one sessions with employers or 30 minute small group sessions via Handshake.

There are just over 200 spots available to register for, so sign up SOON! To REGISTER click HERE

Other resources such as how to prepare for an online career fair, resume critiques, career coaching, practice interviews and more are all available through the Center for Career Development. Your students can schedule these appointments through Handshake
