    ECON 3498-003:  Open Source Programming with Python

     

    In this course students will learn the basics of Python programming, and relevant applications in Economics and Finance.  The course will prepare students to be able to do data processing, visualization and model fitting.  Students enrolling in the course should have a working knowledge of basic statistics and algebra (e.g. regression and matrix)
