    Marketing and Administrative Intern

    Brianna Régine Visionary Consulting, LLC (BRVC) is a strategic communications & PR agency that helps creatives thrive through brand development, digital marketing, event coordination, and public relations and operations support. We value the individual talents and passion of each of our entertainment, lifestyle & beauty clients and shape our services to meet their unique needs. We want to see their vision come to life as much as they do, and strive to fill in the missing roles necessary to strengthen the cohesiveness, infrastructure, longevity and engagement of their brand.

    We are looking to fill this hands-on role immediately! We've had 20+ interns a part of our program and are looking forward to having more join our team this Fall.

    Digital Marketing & Administrative Intern | Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Assist with digital campaigns (content creation, social media management)
    • Assist with BRVCAN membership communication and webinar coordination
    • Help maintain back-end reports (i.e. client history/tracking)
    • Be available for weekly to bi-weekly calls/meetings
    • Create and edit business processes
    • Assist with effective market research
    • Help to create and distribute newsletters
    • Help maintain BRVC website with blog posts, events, client updates, etc
    • Work with other BRVC departments
    • Brainstorm & execute internal innovative project
    • Help manage Google calendar for executive, teammates and clients
    • Help organize upcoming events and meetings via Google calendar, weekly emails, and/or phone calls

    Qualifications:

    • Able to meet over Zoom at least once-twice a week
    • Pre-existing relevant experience is preferred
    • Experience with Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer or similar tools are preferred
    • Beginner/Advanced Beginner experience with Google Calendar, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Powerpoint are required
    • Able to allocate up to 20 hours a month
    • Minimum of a high school education
    • Access to a laptop, tablet or smart phone
    • Ability to track and manage multiple projects
    • High levels of effective communication--both verbal and written
    • Impressive emotional intelligence and interpersonal expertise
    • Creative, strategic thinker and innovative
    • Aware of trends and the news cycle
    • Must have qualities of an effective leader, a desire to learn, and a willingness to take action
    • A great personality is a huge plus!

    ***Additional Info -- Duration: mid-August - mid December | This is a non-paid internship. College credit and/or volunteer credit can be made available.
