  • Out-of-state Student and Enrolled Online Only?

If you are an out-of-state student planning to live on campus and, as per Pres. Katsouleas' email yesterday "are being asked to stay home and will not be permitted to live in University housing during the fall 2020 semester,” you may have received an email stating that you will not be able to live on campus for the fall 2020 semester.

If you have extraordinary circumstances that require you to live on campus for the fall 2020 semester, you can submit a request for reconsideration

Your request can be based on a need for on-campus housing because you have (at minimum) one course that is being delivered in-person/hybrid/split mode. (One-credit courses delivered in in-person/hybrid/splid mode will be considered.)

Submit your request by email to Reslife-communications@uconn.edu. The email must include your full name, student ID number and an explanation of your extraordinary circumstances.

All requests must be received by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, August 12, 2020.

For more information, contact: Residential Life Office at Reslife-communications@uconn.edu
