This can also be done by phone but it is best to have it documented so email is preferred. Sanditz is repsonding to requests in the order in which they are received so please be patient. When canceling hotel reservations depeding on the number of days you have prior to check in there could be a cancellation fee from the hotel. When canceling airfare ask Sanditz to provide you with the amount of your credit and date that it must be used by.
