If you reside in one of the areas serviced by Charter/Spectrum (see map: http://ctv13.net/), then you are eligible to produce and provide content for broadcast on the designated public access channel, Connecticut Charter Spectrum channel 192.
The North Windham Studio is available by appointment for those who wish to record quality programs in-house.
The studio also has available for check-out field cameras, light kits, an assortment of microphone types, and two edit suites available for members of the community who wish to record outside the studio.
