CLAS Career Night: Research-Based Careers is designed to expose CLAS students to a variety of research-based careers that can be achieved with a CLAS degree. The event involves opportunities to network with and learn from CLAS alumni who currently work in research-based careers across a variety of research environments and fields, including lab research, clinical research, industry research, academia/education research, and research administration. To see a full list of featured alumni and more event logistics, visit our website: https://career.uconn.edu/clascareernight/

Attending this event is ideal for anyone interested in or considering a research-based career, and/or anyone who is just looking to learn more about full-time research positions. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask all alumni in attendance questions about their career paths, current roles, previous roles, and any advice they have during both roundtable and open networking sessions. Registration is recommended but not required.
