Spring 2019 Operations Intern
Tradition Energy is searching for an intern to join the Client Services team in the spring of 2019. The candidate should be either a junior or senior, pursuing a Business or Economics degree, and eager to learn about the Energy Market, including the fluctuations within the market. This individual should also possess a desire to learn and own development of our client portal (TeamView), and be willing to partake in various operation projects. Contingent on successful completion of this internship, Tradition Energy could provide a full time offer post-graduation for all senior applicants.
The Client Services Team handles all post contract execution matters including:
• Energy management services
• Local utility issues
• Bill auditing
• Web development for Tradition Energy’s TeamView portal
• Assist in various data procurement via various software applications
• Enrollment verification services
• Contract modification
A successful Client Services Inter should possess:
• A robust holistic knowledge on supply and demand
• High critical thinking skills
• Eagerness to learn about the Energy Market
• Ability to multi-task
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
