    ARE YOU A FIRST-YEAR HONORS STUDENT?

     

    ARE YOU WONDERING IF RESEARCH, DESIGN, OR CREATIVE ENDEAVORS ARE FOR YOU?

     

    COULD YOU USE $4,000 TO SUPPORT AN ENDEAVOR YOU HOPE TO PURSUE THIS SUMMER?

     

    WELL, IT'S NOT TOO LATE.  APPLICATIONS FOR THE HOLSTER SCHOLAR PROGRAM ARE DUE NOVEMBER 7.

     

    The Holster Scholars First Year Project is a highly-selective enrichment opportunity for curious first-year Honors students that supports a small number of motivated students interested in independent research or creative endeavors the summer following their first year.

     

    From October 29-31, Dr. Vin Moscardelli, Director of the Office of National Scholarships & Fellowships and coordinator of the Holster Scholar Program, will hold extended office hours to discuss ideas and to provide feedback on research proposals, personal statements, mentor selection strategies, etc., with prospective applicants.
