The Office of Undergraduate Advising in the School of Business now welcomes students to declare business minors. Please visit our website to learn more about pre-requisites, policies, and the declaration process. Some seats in courses required for minors are still available on all campuses.
Business Minor Quick Facts:
- Minor plans of study range from 9 to 18 credits, for students who have completed pre-requisites.
- Prerequisites vary for each BUSN Minor and can often overlap with other requirements (e.g. Q requirements, Relateds, 45-credit rule, etc).
- Open Advising Hours are a great opportunity to discuss and plan for a Minor!
- Obtaining a Minor is a strategic ways to fulfill elective and Related requirements (for COMM Majors!).
- Having a Minor may provide students an edge with employers looking for intentionality in coursework choices
