This is the last edition of the Honors Advisor Digest for the semester. We’ll start back up again in the spring with a February edition. During winter break several members of the Honors staff will be implementing our annual first-year support initiative in which we’ll reach out to all first-year students who earned less than a 3.0 semester GPA. The initiative includes workshops, individual appointments, and completion of an academic plan. We’ll be contacting the students’ advisors and UNIV 1784 professors to encourage them to reach out with an offer of support.
