Holster projects are in-depth, individualized learning experiences. Beyond some basic requirements, projects are self-designed. Scholars receive $4,000 in research support to complete their projects during the summer under the guidance of a faculty member.  The 2017 Holster Scholars presented their research projects to the university community on September 25.  For more information, visit http://honors.uconn.edu/holster-scholars/.  Interested students are encouraged to contact Dr. Vin Moscardelli, Director of the Office of National Scholarships and Fellowships, to learn more about this program.
