    MARKETING INTERN - One Medical Passport

    POSITION SUMMARY: Position will be under the general direction of the Marketing Director at One Medical Passport. The intern will independently coordinate and provide program support, utilizing social media and content creation for promotion of departmental and company-wide initiatives.

    DESCRIPTION: Seeking an intern majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication. The ideal candidate who fills this position will serve as an important component in promoting our business. It’s essential that applicants to this position have exceptional written and oral communication skills, demonstrate creativity, and understand the importance of organizational skills.


    RESPONSIBILITIES: Schedule, coordinate and analyze results of trade show events • Write press releases and other marketing/sales materials • Benchmark and report on competitive organizations • Brainstorm and implement social media promotions • Brainstorm and write content for newsletters and blogs • Compile and manage contact lists for events • Proactively formulate new ways to connect with our audience through sales campaigns, content, social, events, etc.


    REQUIREMENTS: Students applying for this internship must have: • Experience in a number of software applications (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Familiarity in a number of social media tools (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) • Strong oral and written communications skills, and effective interpersonal skills • Experience with video editing and design programs (InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus • Students should have a GPA of 2.75 or higher

    LEARNING EXPERIENCES: Interns will participate in three structured learning experiences: attend weekly departmental strategy meetings, create at least one marketing campaign from conception to completion under the guidance of a business mentor, take an active role in preparations for a new product launch
