    Travel - Additional Information:   The first position will not experience significant travel.  You will fly back to Milwaukee, WI a few times for training.

    Training:              The Leadership Development Program has three elements to the training program.

    On The Job training commences immediately with a formal 60-day plan to help new employees learn their jobs quickly and efficiently.

    eLearning is supported through a custom learning management system.  Our training team has developed over 50 courses specific to our business that will provide learning and resources for new product categories.

    Instructor led experiential training will take place at the Pudwill Leadership Center located in Brookfield, WI twice in the first year of employment.  Future in-person training will be based on the individual positions.

    Tuition Reimbursement:   Yes

    Working hours and Vacation:     The first position will manage a 40-hour work week and will be eligible to accrue PTO at a rate of 8.66 hours/month (13 days/full calendar year).

    Career Track and Advancement:    The Leadership Development Program allows employees career paths in Sales, Management, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Operations at each of our 3 US Division headquarters.  International opportunities are available with fluent language skills and 3-5 years of experience.

    Where Alumni Go:    Current alum at TTI have been located in every major market in the United States as well as Germany, United Kingdom, Latin America and Hong Kong. Each career path is different and may lead to various field sales locations across the US or back to one of the corporate offices.
