Graduate School Important Dates & Deadlines

  • Today is the Last Day to Add/Drop via StudentAdmin

    The Office of the Registrar would like to remind Graduate Students of a very important deadline.

     

    Today (Monday, September 11, 2017) is the last day you can:  

    • Add/Drop courses via the Student Administration System
    • Drop courses without a "W" for withdrawal recorded on the academic record
    • Finalize your Fall schedule for financial aid purposes. Fall semester financial aid awards will be based on your enrollment status (number of credits) on this date and adjusted accordingly.   
    • If you must be registered as a full-time student for assistantship, fellowship, or other purposes; you must be registered for the appropriate number of credits by end of day.

     

    Starting tomorrow (Tuesday, September 12, 2017):

    • Schedule changes must be done in person in the Office of the Registrar and will require additional signatures/permissions
    • Drops will incur a “W” for withdrawal on the academic record

     

    By 5pm today, we encourage you to do two things:

     

    The Office of the Registrar is located on the main floor in Wilbur Cross (WCB). Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
