The Office of National Scholarships & Fellowships (ONS&F) advises and mentors high-achieving students at the University of Connecticut who are competing for prestigious national and international scholarships and fellowships. In addition to advising students about nationally competitive awards, ONS&F nominates and prepares candidates for scholarships that require institutional endorsement, including the Rhodes, Marshall, Mitchell, Beinecke, Goldwater, Udall, Truman, and Carnegie Junior Fellows competitions, and those that require institutional review, including the U.S. Student Fulbright grants, the NSEP Boren Scholarships and the NEW Schwarzman Scholarsprogram.
For information about these opportunities, please refer students to the Office of National Scholarships & Fellowships (ONS&F) web site at http://www.onsf.uconn.edu/. Students may schedule appointments with ONS&F staff members through AdvApp under Enrichment Programs.
ONS&F is part of UConn Enrichment Programs and is open to all graduate and undergraduate students at the University, including students at the regional campuses.
