Help Found the Veteran Graduate Student Association!
Did you know that last semester there were almost 200 students using veterans' benefits to take graduate level classes? There are even more veterans and military affiliated students and family members taking graduate school classes without the assistance of veterans' benefits!
With such a large veteran community on campus it is essential that we start a Graduate Student Association for the Student Veteran Community! Last semester a group of us attempted to start an organization, but we were met with administrative hurdles that we weren't able to overcome by the end of the semester. As a result our application to become an organization was declined.
This semester we must succeed! If you are interested in being involved with the founding of this important organization please contact me!
