Graduating Seniors

  • Commencement Processional - What Happens Sunday

    Undergraduate Processional

Please note that there will be no rehearsal.

On Sunday, May 7, proceed directly to the Greer Field House on Hillside Road so that you arrive no later than 45 minutes prior to the start of your commencement ceremony.  (Arrange to meet with your graduating friends BEFORE you get to the Field House, if you want to all sit together.  Whomever is next to you in the processional line is whom you will be seated next to during the entire ceremony!)

Marshals will help form lines and lead the procession to Gampel Pavilion and will direct you through the receiving of the diploma cover. You will be congratulated, have your photograph taken, and return to your seat.  We expect that diplomas will be mailed within a few months. YOU MUST REMAIN IN YOUR SEAT UNTIL THE CEREMONY HAS CONCLUDED. The ceremony is expected to last approximately one and one-half hours.
