In 2015, the Graduate Employee Union-UAW Local 6950 secured access for all Graduate Assistants to the Connecticut Partnership Plan health insurance. Each Spring there is a one month "open enrollment period" when GAs can make changes like adding dependents. This year the open enrollment period runs from April 15-May 15. No changes may be made after the period closes.
