    • Do you seek to gain presentation skills?
    • Any interest in winning funds for your professional development?
    • Do you love a good competition?
    • Would you like to make your research known to a broader audience?

    Three Minute Thesis (3MT®) features research conducted by PhD students around the world. It is an international competition created by The University of Queensland with the goal of helping students to cultivate presentation and research communication skills. You have three minutes and one PowerPoint slide to explain your research to a non-specialist audience.

     

    WHO CAN COMPETE: Active PhD and Professional Doctorate (Research) candidates who have successfully passed their confirmation milestone (including candidates whose thesis is under submission) by the date of their first presentation are eligible to participate.
