The Office of Undergraduate Research is looking for student volunteers to help with the upcoming Frontiers in Undergraduate Research Poster Exhibition. Frontiers will be held April 7th and 8th in the Wilbur Cross North and South Reading Rooms. Volunteers are needed on the following days/times:
Thursday, April 6 from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (set-up - moving and papering poster boards)
Friday, April 7 from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (poster set-up; room monitors)
Friday, April 7 from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. (event staffing - greeting guests, answering questions, etc.)
Saturday, April 8 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (poster set-up; event staffing - greeting guests, answering questions, etc.)
Saturday, April 8 from 12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. (event breakdown - moving boards, chairs, furniture)
Volunteering counts for "Sophomore Honors" for students who complete the required Honors Event journal.
