The Planning and Marketing department of Hartford Hospital is looking for volunteers.
The Digital Marketing Assistant is responsible for:
- Reviewing online resources for Hartford HealthCare (HHC) and looking for errors, outdated information and opportunities for improvement.
- Auditing HHC locations and contact information on non-HHC websites and submit corrections.
- Online market competition and best-practice research functions.
- Reviewing online physician profiles.
- Secret shopper phone calls to HHC service phone numbers.
- Training, and editing websites on enterprise content management system.
- Other similar duties as assigned.
Basic skills required:
- Organizational skills, MS Office proficiency, internet proficiency.
- Desired but not required advanced skills: Web editing experience, proficiency in writing, digital design, photoshop, social media, advanced excel skills.
- Training will be provided for: enterprise web content management system, iApps, web maintenance and monitoring system.
- Site Improve Functional training for auditing inline assets.
Shift available: Monday – Friday between 9am-5pm in our Newington office
