This is a reminder that all Graduate Assistants who had a contract in the Fall 2016 semester are required to complete the online GA Training for Teaching and Instruction by January, 20, 2017. It can be found on HuskyCT under your non-class sites. For GAs that are starting in the spring, there will be a separate training module launching later in January with a completion date at the end of the spring semester.
The online training was designed to ensure that every graduate student who currently has or in the future could hold a teaching position at the university is provided with the foundations of educational pedagogy, instructional strategies, and assessment and evaluation guides.
