GSS Thanksgiving Luncheon 2016
Fellow Grad Students,
Right before the Thanksgiving Recess begins, the Graduate Student Senate (GSS) will be hosting our annual Thanksgiving Luncheon.
DATE/TIME: Thursday November 17th, 11:30—2:00
LOCATION: Rome Commons Ballroom (same as last year) (See on the Map)
RSVP: PleaseRSVP here (REQUIRED). You CANNOT attend before 1:30 without prior RSVP!
SCHEDULE: Due to limited seating at the Ballroom, on the RSVP form you'll be asked to choose one-time slot (either 11:30-12:30 or 12:30-1:30) to attend. If you show up during a different time slot than the one you signed up for, you'll be asked to leave and return during your time slot! If you have missed it, or didn't RSVP at all, you can attend after 1:30, when the event is open to all.
Please understand this sectioning of time is to ensure that we can continue to have this event in the future. So PLEASE RSVP, come to your time slot, and enjoy your meal! We look forward to seeing many faces at this event!
