TIPS TO HELP YOU DURING THIS TIME OF THE SEMESTER

TAKE A STEP BACK FROM THE SCREEN

Remember that you are HAVE A PHYSICAL BODY that can HELP you reach those deadlines with a little more EASE and ENERGY.

    This week, consider your:

    PHYSICAL HEALTH !!

During this time of the semester, we tend to abuse our bodies with sleep deprivation, junk food, and long sitting hours, while we deprive our bodies of the MOVEMENT and nourishment we need to make our bodies WORK FOR US!

Contrary to popular belief, Exercise does not need to take hours out of your day! Research suggests that even shorter bouts of exercise can help to increase BRAIN ACTIVITY, blood flow and overall EASE IN THE BODY! A body at ease can cope better with the stresses in the external environment!

4 WAYS TO GET MOVING NOW!
