Registration is required for this session and attendees must have completed the StrengthsQuest® inventory in advance of the workshop.
Purchase of the inventory is $9.99 and is available here
Participants will have completed the Gallup StrengthsFinder Instrument that will provide insight into their top 5 strengths, explore their personal talents and how investments of time and knowledge into talents can create strengths. They will begin to understand the philosophy of StrengthsQuest and the power of strengths-based leadership as individuals and in groups/organizations.
