Submission Process
Anyone with a NetID can submit an announcement to "This Week on Campus (Stamford E-Bulletin)" by visiting the Soapbox site (Soapbox is the software that powers the Daily Digest)
- Go to the Soapbox site at: soapbox.uconn.edu
- Click the blue “Submit Announcement” button
- Sign in with your NetID & password
- Select "This Week on Campus (Stamford E-Bulletin)" as your publication
- Choose an upcoming publication date*
- Fill in the headline, announcement details or a link to an external announcement, and your contact information
*if you would like to have your announcement appear in multiple publications, you will need to "resubmit" the publication and select the publication and date again. (this is super easy!)
Once you've submitted your announcement, it will be review and approved for distribution. All postings should be University/Campus related announcements. announcement will typically fall into the following categories: Events, Deadlines, and announcements.
Announcements should be submitted 2 business days prior to the issue date. (This means you should have your information in by thursday, for inclusion in Monday's publication!)
