The Council on Foreign Relations will present the next event in its annual Academic Conference Call Series on Wednesday, September 14 from 12-1 p.m. The title of this conference call is "Political Corruption and Instability in Brazil," and the discussion will be led by Matthew M. Taylor, Adjunct Senior Fellow for Latin America Studies, CFR; Associate Professor, School of International Service, American University.
