If you don't already know, log in to Student Admin\Self Service\Student Center\My Academics\Advisors\View my Advisors and be sure at least one person listed is also on the master list of Honors advisors for your major, http://honors.uconn.edu/wp-content/uploads/sites/277/2013/11/FACU_Honors_Advisors.pdf. If not, please contact honors@uconn.edu.
Your Honors advisor will help with:
- Removing a registration hold (when imposed) in the Student Administration System, such as "raising the registration bar" (learn more)
- Selecting courses
- Providing major-related advice
- Approving Honors plans of study (both Preliminary and Final)
- Approving Honors Conversion requests and all other Honors forms
- Reviewing and approving the Honors thesis
