Phi Sigma Rho is hosting recruitment event in Buckley to appeal to women in engineering. We are a social sorority, but do no participate in formal recruitment and thus, hold our own recruitment process, only recruiting women engineers. Our recruitment event will include alumni presenting on how our sorority helped them succeed academically when they attended UConn and how it currently helps them professionally in the workplace.
