  • UNIV 1784 Instructor Recruitment

    Each year, the Honors Program offers approximately 30 sections of the Honors First-Year Seminar (UNIV 1784). These 1-credit first year experience classes are designed specifically for incoming Honors students and are taught by UConn faculty members or staff members who hold terminal degrees. UNIV 1784 sections are taught on a wide variety of topics:

    UNIV 1784 instructors donate their time to this important program, but they are provided up to $1,000 for course enrichment, professional development, or research.
