  • UConn Social Media Guidelines

    Considering a launch of a new Facebook page, Twitter account, or other social media platform?

    Please refer first to the University's Social Media Guidelines before proceeding. Social media accounts should only be created for UConn’s Schools, Colleges, and departments. Do not create accounts for events, conferences, or any potentially temporary topics or initiatives. All UConn social media accounts should be administered by at least two full-time staff or faculty members. Students may assist with accounts, but should be not the sole administrators/managers.
