The Office of Undergraduate Research is looking for student volunteers to help with the upcoming Frontiers in Undergraduate Research Poster Exhibition. Frontiers will be held Friday, April 12th and Saturday, April 13th in the Wilbur Cross North Reading Room. Volunteers are needed on the following days/times:
Friday, April 12 from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (poster board set-up; presenter check-in)
Friday, April 12 from 2:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. (event staffing - greeting guests, answering questions, etc.)
Saturday, April 13 from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. (room set-up, presenter check-in)
Saturday, April 13 from 11:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (event staffing - greeting guests, answering questions, etc.)
Saturday, April 13 from 2:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. (event breakdown - moving boards, chairs, furniture)
