I’m the Vice Chair and Internship Committee Director for the Fairfield Democratic Town Committee and am reaching out with information about our summer internship program, which may be of interest to your Political Science students who reside here in Fairfield. I found your internship page online and was thinking our program would be a great add for your list of known internships for students.

Formalized in 2020, the DTC Internship Committee typically engages over 20 active high school and college students each year. Depending on the campaign cycle, interns assist with Democratic campaigns at the municipal, state, and national level and interns receive trainings from subject area experts on topics such as gerrymandering, political campaign management, field & data for campaigns, canvassing, staffing candidate call time, and more.
