  • CBC Spouses Education Scholarship

    The  Congressional Black Caucus offers scholarships to academically talented and highly motivated African-American or Black students pursuing degrees in a variety of fields. Selected recipients will receive awards ranging from $2,500-$20,000. Applicants must be a US citizen or legal permanent resident who is a permanent resident or attending academic institution in a CBC Members district. Candidates should be preparing to pursue or currently pursuing a degree full-time at an accredited college or university. Current high school seniors are also eligible to apply. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, exhibit leadership and be active in their community. Deadline: March 31, 2024 https://www.cbcfinc.org/programs/scholarships/

    Connecticut's 5th District is a CBC Members district. This includes Waterbury.
