Honors in Business Association (HiBA) is an Honors student organization open to all students who have an interest in business. HiBA is formed jointly between the UConn School of Business and the Honors Program, building upon the pillars of academics, research, leadership, professionalism, engagement, and community. Members of HiBA may be from any school or college at UConn, and they participate in various social and pre-professional events relevant to the field of business.
HiBA has organized: trips to companies in Boston and New York City; campus visits from executives of prestigious organizations such as Google; professional etiquette dinners; and alumni panels, among many other events. Since HiBA’s founding, the organization has been host to some of UConn’s top students interested in business. If you have an interest in any aspect of business, HiBA is the organization for you!
Spring 2023 meetings will typically take place every other Tuesday from 7-8pm, but due to Valentine's Day, the meeting this week will be on Thursday, Febraruy 16 from 7-8pm in BUSN 215.
