  • Recruitment for the NSF IGE Project

    Dear STEM Graduate Student,

UConn is committed to creating inclusive and diverse learning environments across all disciplines. This year, an interdisciplinary team of researchers were awarded a grant by the National Science Foundation (NSF) to investigate the experiences of STEM graduate students who identify as neurodiverse (for example, ADHD, dyslexia, ASD, etc.). In this portion of the study, we are focused on understanding the present and past writing experiences of students who identify as neurodiverse though focus group discussions.  If you are a graduate student in a STEM field, and you identify as neurodiverse, please click this link to read the study information sheet and learn how you can contribute to research aimed at increasing access and inclusivity in graduate education here at UConn. This study has been reviewed and approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB), IRB protocol #X21-0148.
