  • Share Your Wisdom as a PATH Mentor! 3/19 Deadline

    Become a PATH Mentor for the 2021-2022 school year! Become part of a dynamic and exclusive group of Honors students who serve as mentors for incoming Honors first-year students! Join the PATH community and form a meaningful mentor relationship with a first-year student, while deepening your experience as a University of Connecticut Honors student through this unique peer leadership opportunity.


    Through mentoring, Peer Allies Through Honors (PATH) provides positive and engaging opportunities for all students to successfully transition to college life.  Students will develop academically, socially, and personally by networking with their peers in a supportive and motivating community.  Participation in this program will enhance leadership skills as well as provide opportunities for active involvement within the Honors Program and the University of Connecticut.

    Prerequisites for PATH Mentors:

    • Good standing with the University of Connecticut Honors Program
    • Academic and social involvement to the University of Connecticut
    • Interest in peer leadership
    • 1-2 hours of free time per week
    • Loyalty, energy, and passion

     

    If you are a returning mentor, please fill out this application.
    Returning mentors: If your application is approved, returning mentors do not have to participate in an interview.

    If you are a new mentor applicant, please fill out this application.
    New applicants: After we review your written application, you will be selected for interviews before we finalize our mentor list for next year.

     

    All forms are due by Friday, March 19th at 11:59pm. Interviews will be conducted in late March. For more information, email us at path@uconn.edu.
