  • Lodewick Visitors Center Hiring Tour Guides

The Lodewick Visitors Center is looking to hire 35-50 new tour guides for our next cohort of guides. Tour guides will work 6-8 hours per week in paid training from November through February (not over breaks) and will begin giving solo tours in March.  After training guides should expect to work a minimum of 6 hours, with opportunities for advanced leadership roles and increased pay after the first year.

All majors are welcome to apply! We especially encourage students from Nursing, Neag, Fine Arts, and students with transfer or campus change experience to apply!

First, second, and third years students may apply. Due to the lengthy training process, those graduating in December 2026 or May 2027 are ineligible to apply.

    $17.09/hour
The application is open through September 15.  Students may apply here.   Please contact the Lodewick Visitors Center with questions.
