How do I do this? | In StudentAdmin: - Click on the eForms tile
- Click on Enrollment Change Form
- Click on New Enrollment Change Form
- Fill out the sections, when you get to the Request Details section
- Select the term
- Choose Modify an Existing Class
- Choose Withdraw from a course
