Searching for a job or internship? Struggling to understand the process and how to set yourself up for success? UConn's Center for Career Readiness and Development is here to help.
This workshop is open to all UConn students who are interested in learning how to successfully secure a job or internship. This session will guide you through the key steps of an effective job and internship search. You’ll learn how to identify opportunities, navigate platforms like 12twenty, Handshake, and LinkedIn, tailor your resume and cover letter, and apply strategic networking techniques to stand out to employers.
Whether you’re just starting your search or looking to refine your approach, this workshop will provide practical tools, resources, and tips to help you move forward with confidence in today’s competitive job market.
This workshop takes place February 25 from 5:30PM to 7:00PM in the AACC Conference Room.
